How long will it take to get my boat?
Allow 2 - 3 weeks. The factory will try to ship orders within 3-4 days but it could take 10-12 working days depending on the time of year and their backlog. The transit time once the freight company picks up your boat will vary depending on where you live, the schedule of the freight company, etc., but as a general rule, it takes approximately 1 week. If we know of any delays from the factory, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept online payment via secure server. You may use your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.
If you prefer to talk to a real person, you can also call us with your credit card information.
You can also mail us a check. Please note that we may hold the order until the check clears.

How safe is buying online with my credit card?
As internet shopping has increased dramatically over the past few years so have the fraud protection programs and security. Buying online is very safe when done through a secure server.

What do I do if my boat arrives damaged or missing pieces?
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR BOAT CAREFULLY ON ARRIVAL !
Accidents happen, thankfully not very often. If you see obvious sign of damage, ie. fork lift hole, etc., REFUSE to accept the boat. It's easier to replace a damaged boat you did not accept than to fight the freight company for damages. If you discover damage after unwrapping the boat, let us know immediately and we will explain how to proceed depending on the type of damage or pieces missing.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel or return items?
    Please see our Sales Policy

What if I don't live in the continental U.S.?
We have shipped boats all over the world. Please contact us for a quote to your destination.

Is there a quantity discount, or discount for church camps?
Most often - YES. Please contact us for a quote on your specific requirements.
